Yancheng Houze Jinye Technology Co., Ltd., established in April 2023, is located in the 5D Smart Manufacturing Valley of Jianhu High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Yancheng City. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Qingdao Houze Jinye Technology Co., Ltd., a national high-tech enterprise. The company focuses on the photovoltaic new energy industry, aiming to meet the high-capacity production of silicon wafers and realize automated intelligent manufacturing factories for silicon wafers. It develops, manufactures, and sells a series of high-end integrated automation equipment for photovoltaic silicon wafer production, and provides customers with automated overall solutions at the silicon wafer workshop level.

The project plans a total investment of 100 million yuan. Currently, the first phase of the 10,000-square-meter assembly production base has been completed and commenced production. The base boasts 24 to 36 adjustable assembly stations for medium to large-sized equipment, with an annual production capacity of 400 to 600 sets of medium to large-sized high-end integrated automation equipment. In the future, the company will continuously expand the intelligent technology level of high-end equipment, combining new production processes, to help customers achieve the development goal of a "dark factory" for silicon wafer production. This will upgrade and promote cost reduction and efficiency enhancement in the photovoltaic industry, contributing to the realization of the national "dual carbon" target.
